By using edenfresh.co.uk and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed by email. Payment is required at time of order.

Delivery

We deliver across London zones. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We do not guarantee specific delivery windows.

Freshness Guarantee

If any item in your order is not fresh on arrival, we will replace it or refund it — no questions asked. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@edenfresh.co.uk.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew weekly or monthly as chosen. You may pause or cancel at any time by emailing hello@edenfresh.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next delivery.

Availability

Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with a product of equal or greater value.
