Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across all London zones — North, South, East, West and Central London. Check our delivery page for more details.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We deliver between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Order by 9pm for next-day delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Order as little or as much as you like.
How much is delivery?
£2.99 for orders under £15 · £1.99 for orders £15–£30 · FREE for orders over £30 and all subscriptions.
Can I subscribe and cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are fully flexible. Pause or cancel anytime by emailing hello@edenfresh.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next delivery.
Are your products organic?
We offer an organic range. Look for the “Organic Range” category in the shop. Our standard range is conventionally grown.
What if something isn’t fresh?
Email us at hello@edenfresh.co.uk within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you — no questions asked.
