At Eden Fresh, we guarantee every item is fresh. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Freshness Guarantee
If any item you receive is not fresh, damaged, or wrong, simply email us at hello@edenfresh.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will issue a full refund or replacement — your choice.
Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 9pm the day before your scheduled delivery. After this, we cannot guarantee cancellation as produce may already be sourced.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
